When reassembling pump 4 x bolts torque to 48Nm +/- 4Nm
IMPORTANT NOTE These pumps seem to be a common failure point on JCB telehanders . We can also offer the no cost option of removing the 9/16"UNF test point port - which is where the casting seems to crack.
